ARTIST BIOGRAPHY
Scott Biggers was born in Sydney, 1972 and currently resides in Melbourne, Australia.

Scott’s creative expressions cover a wide variety of mediums incorporating canvas, Super 8 film, Xerox/collage, transparency and sound.

His palate includes oil, acrylic, food colour concentrate, bass guitar and sampler.

Scott has been developing his art from his early teens. His work has evolved as his life observations have come to shape his creative articulation. The repetitiveness of life has influenced his desire to question the penetration of art or a “pop art sensibility” into everyday existence. His penchant for travelling the world to experience art, in its highest and lowest forms - from Mexico/South America to New York/LA to the Maldives and around Australia -visiting galleries, graffiti laden walls, markets and cemeteries to experience the cultural significance/shock of each distinct tribal community, has shaped his world perspective.
